Leaf Home Stair LiftReviews of leafhomesafetysolutions.com

Our new shower is very nice and we are happy we got it. Our bathroom is very old, some tile was cracked, & I could no longer clean away the mold. So we were excited to replace it. We also added two big grab bars which make us feel much safer. All of the folks we dealt with were very helpful, professional, & prompt. Installation was completed on time as promised.

Corey did a great job putting in my shower on Jan 17th. I do like my shower ...... However they provided him the wrong shower drain plate, chrome when it should had been an oil rubbed bronze. There are "markings" on the central shower wall, and at very bottom of central wall, toward the shower drain, there's a blue marking and lastly, about 5-6 scratches on the shower rim of the flooring that needs to be resolved. Hayden came out 2/1 to see the "issues" and I haven't heard fr him or anyone since after telling me that I'll be hearing fr him or someone in couple days. Today is 2/8. Had called yesterday & left message & called this afternoon and finally spoke to Melissa. Hopefully I'll get a call back tonite or I'll be calling tomorrow

We had 2 Showers installed removing 2 bath tubs. Installers Anthony & David were awesome with the installation. They were very professional in manner, cordial and represented Leaf Home Safety Solutions in the highest regard. My wife and I are both well pleased with the showers and we were impressed with the timeliness in which they were installed. They were very punctual for arrival and end of the day for the 3 days they were here. Really my few words cannot give sufficient praise. The showers are every bit of what we were wanting and look magnificent especially the windows in both bathrooms. NO FAULT TO THE INSTALLERS but I should have stood in the shower to get the right shower head height, rather than, using the previous height from bath tub. I think it was suggested (by installers) but I commanded the previous height would work just fine. My wife and I are well pleased with Leaf Home Safety Solutions and would not think twice reference them to others. We are still working at adjusting to showers but no complaints. Thank you L.H.S.S., Larry & Melba Pettis
