Leaf Home Stair LiftReviews of leafhomesafetysolutions.com

they did a great job. I do however have one thing....one of the cups over one of the hand rails wont stay. Other than that we are completely happy.

We are so happy with our new walk in shower. I feel much better knowing my mother can safely shower without fear of falling. Our installer was the kindest person, very articulate, professional, and not afraid to tackle a unknown issue that came up during install. We are absolutely thrilled to give 5 stars.

After getting a very good deal, I had Leaf Home replace my tub with a shower enclosure. The initial time projection was a day and a half. The actual time took just over 3 days, but the results were well worth the extra time. The install was exactly as explained....demo to take out existing tub and walls; new plumbing and replacement of walls; installing the new shower base, acrylic walls, hold bars and shelves. The crew did a great job. They didn't hurry. They adapted to old walls and non-square corners (older houses do lose their squareness!) and succeeded in installing the complete shower enclosure. They were professional, courteous, respectful of my home and time, and just nice people to talk with. I am very please with the results and know my home has increased in value because of their work which is especially important when I decide to sell the house (ok...i want a commercial gig too!)

He removed my tile wall two pieces did not replace it back the way it was my bath tub wall is not right things are un even

I am satisfied with my purchase and installation. The sales person was courteous, friendly and most of all he was not pushy. The installers were friendly, considerate of my home and finished the job in record time considering the bad weather.

Shower is nice! Unfortunately the water pressure is not great. Use to have great pressure. Only other complaint is that the shelf they told me would be at shoulder height. That would be correct if I was 6' 2" instead of 5' 4". Donna Peterson

I was not able to give you a 5/5 because I am not pleased with the salesmans tactics. He assured me that install would be one day/one person. Actually it required 2 full days and 2 men. My husband had to miss 2 days work instead of one. I will give the 2 installers a 5/5. They were on time, polite and professional. My only issue was that they did not have ID, nor did the salesman. In this day and age I would think this is paramount especially since your company deals mostly with senior citizens. The installers were Caleb and Chris. So far the only thing about the shower itself I do not like is the shower head. I would've liked one that enabled me to turn the water on/off. It is not safe for me to have to stand up from the seat with the water flowing and reach out to hang it up and I can't just let it hang. I also called about a week or so after the install and requested a copy of the form that Caleb and I both signed be emailed to me. So far I am still waiting.

nicely done . everything explained and it was all cleaned up
