Salesman was a true professional The install was almost perfect except for the acrylic ceiling piece … it doesn’t glue down to a popcorn ceiling! We took it down and I will drywall and paint the area. The install team of Anesti and Dimitri were extremely knowledgeable and warned me about that but I took a shot anyway. I should have listened to them!

RODRICK
What I experienced wasn’t what the sales person sold me. Leaf Home, uses outside contractors, which I was told wasn’t going to be the case. The job was started, without the necessary materials and I had to wait 2 weeks before, they were able to get what was ordered. The first installer wasn’t aware of any of the specifications that I wanted, he completely botched the job, and then asked me, if I had so many questions about what he was doing, why didn’t I do it myself. The job took a month to complete, after Brad and Gregg came out to see how they could make things right. This was greatly appreciated and the work was completed outstandingly by second installer Eddie.

The company seemed fine. The process was easy and installation took about 3hrs. The product itself is not as good as I expected, for the money. It takes up more of the stairway than I thought it would. The chair has a lot of loose play and does not feel solid on the track. There is a really rough bump over the track joint where the chair tips forward a bit. The tech didn't really know what to do about it. I expected a more solid product for the money spent.
