Maurice Fason was very knowledgeable and professional. He answered all my questions with no sales pressure or arm twisting. Very professional presentation of quality product. Is now installed and am very happy with it.

1. Delayed install 2. Had to come back on a Sunday to finiish the job. 3. Cut one panel off to short. 4. Poor job of calking. 5. Did not tape the treads of the shower head, it leaks. 6. When shower is turned on the shower head flips up, magnet does not hold it. 7. Unable to clean elbow, glued on both ends.

We were promised a true professional for install. Not a contractor, but someone that was trained by Leaf Home Safety Solutions. Erick explained in detail about materials used and how the installation would go prior to install. The install crew of two were professional and courteous, and did a wonderful job and completed it in one day. Lastly cleaning up and hauling away all debris, and leaving a very satisfied customer.
THOMAS
The plumber who came and repaired my drain line found a leak coming from the bottom of the floor under the walk in tub that was just installed. I called to get a serviceman from your company to repair our tub and I also called the salesman and the construction manager and still haven't received a call back to schedule the repair. This is not good customer service.

you need to have installers that check the instalation of product before they leave their work. you also need to have people that can be contacted if there is a leak on a pipe that had to be caused by the installers.Lukas is a very nice man but promised to replace a defective spay on my shower head but still has not.Tom who did the sales presentation misrepsented the product
