David the salesman came to my home on time and was very nice and explained everything thoroughly. When Josh the installer came he made sure everything was just right before he left. Thanks!

I will say this. Service was fairly quick and a crew was able to come out within a month of the initial consult. When the job was done, I was very unhappy with how the sealant was placed. It was sloppy and did not match the walls. I called the manager, who immediately took care of it which was great. Am I happy with the product? If this was my forever home, no. The shower looks beautiful from a distance, but as you get closer, you start to see that the product looks cheap. The grout-free tile looks nice, but then corner strips are placed over it and sealed together. I worry that this will eventually wear down and come apart. Overall great customer service. I will probably avoid grout-free tile in the future.

Somewhat hard sell. Final price was fair. Quick install. Lift is a little noisy. May need service.

Leaf Home Safety Solutions Bathtub Replacement. In late November 2022, we contracted with Leaf Safety Solutions to remove our old bathtub and replace it with a walk-in shower. They did an outstanding job. Employee Tracy helped us create the perfect design . Her insight and knowledge of bathroom design were right on point. The installer , David, is truly a professional installer. He did so well that my family suggest he be recommended for a company bonus. That’s how good he is. The manager, Chris, deserves a lot of credit for his personal involvement in making sure that my family was totally satisfied. We highly recommend Leaf for renovating bathrooms. We look forward to using Leaf Safety Solutions again in the future.

The job was subpar in my opinion and we had to have three service calls after the install to get it where everything worked correctly. They are way overpriced for the job done(was expecting much better for the price). My advice , hire a plumber who will warranty his work.

I got a simple tub and shower. It looks fantastic. Initially they had the wrong spigot, but no problem--they immediately ordered the correct part and the Same installer came out to replace it. He was great. He answered all questions that I had and He cleared the area once he was done. Nothing was out of place. A week later I'm checking every nook and cranny and it's still perfect. I love stepping into the shower now.
