The installation was timely and was done within a single day. In general, the shower looks great and works well for my husband. I would have given them 4 stars, but the teak shower chair has been releasing a smell and color is leeching off of it. I have reached out and have not gotten a response from the installation manager. There was slight damage done to another wall upon installation that we found afterward and, again, no one has contacted us to talk through this with us.

Tom was professional went over everything involved and answered all our questions. Scott was also professional as he installed the stairlift. It took several adjustments to have the chair where it needed to be. Everything was clean when he left.
