This was a terrible experience. Installer had 2 water leaks. Tiles were not correctly installed. Caulking was everywhere. Told how we can remove caulking from tiles. Told 2 days to do job, took 2 weeks. Charges 14,000 for a 3,000 job. Very disappointed.

Linsee, a great salesperson was great in helping us make a decision! We had an original install date of 11/21/22 but fit a call and Ryan came in mid October, installed and completed in 2 days! We are more than thrilled with the results!

The company took to long to start my bathroom job I waited on a bathtub for 4 months. Their was no communication, too many people that didn't know what was going on. No direct contact for information. The company was to confusing and always apologizing. It was a very unprofessional experience. But the installer was excellent I love his work. He communicated well and was funny as well as professional. He is the only think that saved this unorganized, unprofessional Company. Also October the 6 might not be the exact day but it's close. Good Day.

Leaf Home Safety Solutions need to follow up after the job is completed. The individual did not have a company uniform. He did not identify himself. He didn't tuck the wires under the baseboard. We had to do it ourselves. I did contact the Office to tell them about the experience I had. No one seems to care. I can hear it in their tone. After I read some excellent reviews, I would like to know where I went wrong.

Tub still leaking. First Person did not speak English. Second did not want me to call office if my tub still leaked,not showing up when I leave messages.
