Option…
Very quick responses. Staff was great!.. Just the pages are too much. If someone was able to put things in some checklist and check stuff off after it’s done. Then on to the next task. I still don’t know if I have finished everything!

I still do not have my card.

Hello Julia. Thank you for reaching out so that we can help! In your state, after your approval, patients must submit their applications on the state site. Once completed, a provisional letter is issued, which can be used as a temporary card while waiting 90-days for the state to process the application. We know how important it is for you to be able to access your medication, and we apologize for any confusion regarding the next steps.
