Very impressed with the support I received. I had some issues with my website, and presumed it was a learndash issue. It was actually plug-ins I had installed which were interfering with it. Regardless, the support team helped me (on multiple occasions) identify the cause and fix it.

We've been with you learndash about 12 years, and nothing is too much, everything is dealt with promptly, competently, and in a friendly way. We are currently undergoing a big audit with our accrediting body and as we are providing them with details of all of our infrastructure it's so great to be able to say we've worked with Learndash for so long and we've never once had a serious issue, and all the minor issues are fixed so quickly. There were times early into the set up that the man hours spent on support must have outweighed the profit off my account, but still, nothing was too much, there were never extra charges.
