The company has been going through some major changes lately, and there have been some understandable 'growing pains' and minor annoyances. However, my latest interaction with customer service was excellent - they resolved my issue very quickly.

Basically LearnDash offers a very comprehensive, customizable and easy to build and use learning management system. I wish their knowledgebase articles explained things in more detail, and that their video tutorials got to the point more quickly. However, their support staff is helpful and friendly.

All of my interactions with Learndash support have been very good, It does take a few days to get to the front of the queue but once you do, the responses are helpful and my issue gets resolved.
