It was easy to refinance my student loans and their service is like a market and give you options to choose from and is transparent. As an added bonus, the lender I choose required a federal credit union membership which was super easy to get and offered a better banking experience. Lendkey offered a lower rate through a co-sign option, with the ability to release co-signer after 12 months of on-time payments. The co-signer wasn’t an option with my previous servicer.
