The site is ok to navigate, but doesn't clearly state what your minimum payment actually is. Also, the interest rate grew quickly and arbitrarily. My rate increased by a lot, even with me paying off early. I paid nearly $5000 over 3 years on one loan alone, with over paying my monthly due, and still only paid about $1000 on my principal. I had to jump through hoops to consolidate my loans, also through Lendkey, which has a lower rate for now, but I fully expect to be paying the max 18% interest rate, which is criminal. You aren't a service to the customer, you are purely a for-profit business

Everything seemed very easy. My only confusion was setting up the IFCU account. I set it up on my own thinking that’s what I had to do but then I think they received a second application from Lendkey? I eventually got it worked out. Otherwise, things were very easy!

Very easy process, completed all online,never had to even speak with anyone over the phone, and the interest rate is great....very impressed!!

Easy process to refinance my student loans and very good rates.

I first consolidated with LendKey in 2016, right after my initial loan provider would not provide any forbearance while I as waiting for my full time job to start in 6 months. LendKey offered me the best rates and a 6 month forbearance right off the bat and it helped me tremendously. I have not had any problems in the almost 4 years since then. Automatic payments were a breeze to set up, and the smal 0.25% rate discount is a nice touch. The few times I've had to contact them, customer service has been nothing but helpful, friendly, and effective. I just refinanced with them this year and the process was simple and self-explanatory at every step. I definitely recommend them to all my friends.

LendKey has been great! Their customer service reps have answered all my questions and have been extremely helpful with the refinancing process. If you have the option to refinance through them do so!
