If you have multiple loans, you can combine them into one brand new loan making it more convenient to stay on top of personal finance. You’ll also have the chance to release consigners on your existing loans, eliminating them from any liability. Great people that are willing to help you every step of the way. I wish that certain parts of the documents needed, were in greater description. Had a long time approving the loan because I couldn't find the right document from my previous loan company.

LendKey was a simple, easy and transparent way to refinance my student loans. I was able to accomplish everything quickly through their online portal and always felt like I knew where I was in the process.

Pretty good overall. Nice people to talk to. They had me send the same documents multiple times. At the end, I would resend one document. Then the next day, ask for another, then another, rather than asking for everything all at once.

Process was easy and your staff made it tough to forget what I needed to do to get through the process.

Tried to refinance my wife's student loans as I was an existing customer but was denied and given no options going forward. Lendkey apparently has limited loan options (rates and banks to work with). If I had a choice now I would not have refinanced my first loan with them.
