So far I’m really happy with the customer service and easy or consolidating my student loans. I just wish that the interest rate was lower, even with excellent credit and the lowest rate it still hovers around 3.5%. I’m saving thousands I went from a 20 year loan down to 6 years and that interest rate is less than half what my fed loans were. Probably the best it’s gonna get

Happy with my rate, but LendKey could be more accessible by creating a mobile app. Also- I do not like how long that it takes for the funds to be taken from my personal account and applied to the LendKey account. I have had loans w/ three other lenders, and this is by far the most confusing (and LONG) payment processing.
