Amazing customer service and support. I had a horrible first experience with SoFi (unresponsive and unwilling to work with me). LendKey blows them out of the water! I'm never on hold and I always get connected to a representative who is friendly and seemingly happy in their job. Amazing!

What I want from my student loan company are straightforward statements, consistency in my automatic withdrawals and an easy way to make extra payments when I can. I get all that with Lendkey. The website is clean and easy to navigate. I love them.

Shaun
Great company, helped me refinance my low interest student loan debt to an even lower rate thereby saving me $1000s. Can't recommend them highly enough.
David
It would be 5 stars if I wasn't required to open a savings account that I neither want nor need, and on top of that charges a minimum balance service fee.
Leslie
Easy to use platform!
Brandon
