I received an email letting me know it was time to reorder my lenses so I did. This was the 2nd order from them on my current prescription so it should have been a very simple order to fill. They sent the completely wrong prescription and the customer service that followed was almost comical. They refused to correct the order saying they had to confirm the prescription with my doctor which they had already done the first time I ordered and if this was required again why didn't they do that before they sent the wrong order. It has now been weeks with still no resolution.

I placed my order on April 21st, and as of today (May 6th), it still wasn’t ready. What’s frustrating is that on Friday, May 1st, the tracking originally showed it would be delivered by May 4th. Then I was told it would ship tomorrow (May 7th), but right after that they said they couldn’t guarantee it and instead offered a refund. This was a complete waste of my time. Very poor communication and unreliable service. I would not recommend buying from here.

The first lens that I tried was filmy and wouldn’t clean. I haven’t tried a second yet, but that first one was not wearable.
