The service and quality went above and beyond what I was expecting. I wanted to turn an old pair of frames into reading glasses. My regular eye doctor quoted an astronomical price, so I thought I would try Lens Direct. The online ordering was easy and I was surprised to have a real, actual person follow up to clarify my prescription and order. They process was quick and easy and I'm really satisfied with the way the glasses turned out. I will definitely use again!
