This is my second experience with LensDirect, the first being the replacement of progressive lenses for sunglasses, and I was extremely satisfied. I feel I must express my appreciation for the exceptional attention, quick responses and execution by your employee, Jade. I had an urgent request for contact lenses and Jade made it happen for me. Although I heard about the terrible plane crash in KY yesterday, and there will be delays probably affecting the delivery of the lenses, I appreciate Jade's above and beyond efforts. Thank you.

I haven’t yet completed a purchase but I did place an order which I later canceled. So while I can’t review the product, I can review the Great service. Kissel was very responsive and provided the proof I needed to get my money back from my FSA bank.
