Sari was great!
Sari was extremely helpful solving my order issue even though it was a shipping issue and not anything Len’s Direct did wrong. She escalated my complaint and the problem was resolved within 24 hours. I’ll definitely order from Len’s Direct again in the future just because the customer service has been top notch.
