I am so so happy with their service. I had a favorite, VERY expensive pair of frames that I couldn't wear any more due to an outdated prescription. Local places like LensCrafters and ImageEyes quoted me $400 - $700 to refit the frames with my new prescription. LensDirect did it for me for $120 and the prescription is perfect. And I got them back very quickly, just in time for a trip. I would definitely use them again.
