They were mid priced, single prescription glasses that I ordered two pairs because I am not perfect with the LENS SURFACE. That said within a few weeks of wearing a single pair, I took them off, went inside a business and came out to my car about an hour later and the lens had separated from the frame...completely. There was a wire that attached the frame to the glasses that remained intact. When I reached out to LenDirect to inquire repair, they charged me 90% of the original cost. These glasses broke with ZERO interaction with me at all...they were just sitting and then I had to PAY for their poor quality or poor workmanship. And because I complained they are taking an INORDINATE AMOUNT OF TIME TO GET IT BACK TO ME....I gave them 2 stars...probably 2 too many

Hello Edward! We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience. We understand how frustrating and disappointing it must have been to have a pair of glasses separate from the frame after only a few weeks, especially when you had not done anything to cause the damage. We also understand your frustration with being charged a significant amount for the repair and then having to wait an extended amount of time to receive your glasses back. That is certainly not the experience we want our customers to have, and we’re sorry we fell short of your expectations. Your concerns about the quality, repair process, and turnaround time are important to us, and we appreciate you taking the time to share this feedback. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this situation has caused.
