It was great Sari was very helpful and quick. I went into the chat frustrated and ready to cancel my order because my RX kept coming back unverified. She was able to show my what the file I sent looked on her end which was not the same as what I saw on my screen so I was able to attach a pdf to the chat instead and she marked my RX verified right away. I was so glad my order wasn't delayed because she was able to do so.
