Ellen, the customer service expert I spoke to on the phone, was amazing. 10/10, wonderful professional, solved all my problems kindly and quickly. However, the website and text service are not the best. While I was on hold, I was encouraged to get off the phone and use the company’s text service instead. No one ever responded. Then, I went on the company website to try and log in to my account. I requested a password reset twice, and never received a reset link. The customer service was outstanding, but the technology has a lot of room for improvement.
