I had a question concerning the shipping of my contact order. I spoke with O’Neil about my order concerning expected delivery date. He took the time to research my order and when he saw that the order was not filled He refunded the expedited shipping charge without me asking. He then informed me they were waiting for the right eye lens ti be filled as it was on back order. O’Neil was polite, understanding and I was 100% satisfied with the service, that he could provide.
