I forgot my prescription was on auto reorder. Kimia was my contact person, and she got my account all sorted out.The issue was,that my prescription was way out of date and an old one. Kimia was understanding and very helpful fixing my issues. Thanks Kimia!

I ordered replacement lenses for existing frames I had that I liked and wanted to keep. It turns out that I was having difficulty with completing a form where you forward an eye to eye distance measurement required along with the prescription info. After a couple of failed attempts to get this to LensDirect correctly, I wrote to to customer service explaining my problem and providing the info I was trying to sent. The next day Kiki’s emailed me saying my frames were in and the info I had sent was in the system and that I should have my glasses soon. Thank you so much Kimia for your excellent customer service.
