Great experience with LensDirect.com! I had a question about my order so I reached out to customer service using their website form. I heard back from Natasha the next day answering my question and sending me a request for my PD. They sent me everything I needed to find my PD and explained they needed this quickly so they could process my order. After I had answered their question, I received a response to let me know everything was all set and my order was ready to be completed by their team! I can't wait to receive my perscription sunglasses!

I sent my Ray Ban sunglasses to LensDirect for lens replacements. When they were returned my glasses were loose and would fall from my face. I took the glasses to Sunglass Hut to see f they could tighen the fit for me. They tried but could not adjust them; they tried heating the frames but did not want to get too close to the lenses because the new lenses were plastic. Sunglass Hut refrerred me to Lenscrafters who were also located in the mall to see what they could do. They aslo could not do anything to tighten the frame fit. I went back to Sunglass Hut and decided go go ahead and order "Rae Ban" lense repalcements which cost me a little over $100.00. When the lenses came in I was hopeful that they could now adjust the frame for me. When the old LensDirect lesnses were removed and the Ray Ban lenses were inserted the frame automatically snapped back into place. It was obvious that the lenses that were inserted by LensDirect were ill fitting and caused the frames to be out of place. What a waste of money I spent to mail my sunglassed to LensDirect so they could insert the new lenses and also pay for the lenses- I was afraid I would not be able to do it myself. Well appaarently they could not do it correctly. They asked me at Sunglass Hut what I wanted to do with the lenses from LensDirect that they removed and I told them to throw them away because they were not worthless. Lesson Learned.

I had a problem with my order and some measurements that didn’t take right online. Nevertheless Ellen in customer service took care of everything quickly and politely! This is the second time I’m using the lens replacement service because the quality is far better than the chain optical shops.
