Placed an order for contacts on March 26th. My contacts have been sitting since March 28th pending shipping. It's now April 10th. My experience with the CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE WAS FANTASTIC!!! (NATASHA) 5 stars from me! With the company not so much... like 3 stars. Never had an issue with them before in the past. This is my 3rd time placing an order with them. I was promised a follow-up email and hopefully my contacts ASAP. Let's hope they come through with them SOON.

I had two orders. One is a pair of sunglasses with prescription lenses, the other was replacement lenses for a pair of frames which i sent to them. Both were ordered on March 6, 2023. Last week I finally got the frames with replacement lenses. The work they did was excellent. The sunglasses however, have not arrived yet. I called, texted and emailed for updates. Today I was informed that the lenses had to be reordered (today, 4/10), and that it will be another week until they get to Lensdirect. So, another two weeks. I am disappointed, and a bit frustrated. It is cheaper, but it takes a really long time to get anything.

First time customer and I needed some help. Keisha provided prompt answers for each EMAIL question I sent her. I'm pleased with my new lenses for my older Ray-Ban's. I happened to look the owner up online after he sent an EMAIL to his customers. Looks like a good company. I'd recommend them if you're looking for lens replacement.
