I was nervous at how long it was taking to receive updates on my order! I used their chat function to talk with customer service and got Bibi who was fantastic and kind and gave me the answers I needed. They need to be recognized for their wonderful customer service and kindness! Their kindness alone will definitely make me buy from them again.

I called a bit frustrated this morning, thinking that there was a miscommunication and, KAYLA not only listen to my concerns, but helped my issue in such a timely manner that I hung up the phone in so much of a better mood than when I called.

I ordered contact lenses on January 4 2023. They have not shipped as of today March 21, 2023. I have had to to ask about their status and, when I have done so, I have been told that they should ship soon.

in order to write my review I had to give a star. I sent my frames and prescription in over a month ago. Initially I was told they needed my prescription which I tied around my frames. I contacted customer service and was told someone would get back to me. No-one did. Then I checked on the website and they updated to say they needed my measurement which I provided. Last week I called to check on my glasses and they upgraded my shipping for my inconvenience and was told glasses would go out last week sometime. Just checked on status and told lens still not received. After well over a month I have cancelled order and requested my frames back. Do yourself a favor and save some aggravation and order your glasses locally if you can. Have a nice day all

I received my contacts on a monthly basis. The USPS showed to have delivered my contacts on a certain date however they were not delivered to me. I might add that they were later in mailing them out so I was already running very low. I called to let them know I had not received them as the postal service said. I was told basically not their problem. I had to file a claim with the post office. I asked if they couldn’t be found and was told you can call back and can see IF management can help. I am in the retail business and if I send a customer a package and they say they didn’t get it I forward another product and I FILE WITH THE POST OFFICE CAUSE I AM THE ONE WHO MAILED IT! So I am now waiting for the process of the postal service and have no contacts. Needless to say I cancelled my subscription
