Kayla & Warren were both attentive to my issue, and resolved it promptly. I also appreciated how reasonably priced Lens Direct was out of its competitors - I received the same name brand contacts for almost half the price.

After placing my lens replacement order I waited several hours for my mailing label. I emailed lensdirect.com that I never received one. Within minutes Kayla had reached out to me with my label. Kayla also gave me information about the time line once my glasses get received. I appreciate companies that heir people like Kayla who are quick and informative!

Ordered my first pair of replacement lenses and plan to order more. I had some questions, and Kissel was extremely helpful. He shared that if you don't have a coupon code you can always reach out for one!

I’ve been a loyal customer for years. The last couple of orders have been delayed. My most recent order is a month late. Talk to customer service & all I get is “shipping soon” or “upgraded to priority shipping”. That’s nice if they would actually ship it out instead of promises.
