I placed an order for contact lenses. They have been backordered for over a month. There was no proactive communication from customer service with status updates or any feedback. I've followed up with customer service several times - currently on hold for more than 30 minutes. I have run out of lenses since ordering and am suffering from headaches and eye strain. I ordered from this company based on their promise of fast shipping. Now I have to start all over with another company.

I ordered replacement lenses for my ray ban sunglasses. I had PRK and wanted to switch out Rx lenses for non Rx lenses. I provided the frame information and what information I wanted to fill my lenses. It does take about 10-14 days for them to process your order and received lenses 3-4 days after. Lenses did perfect and came in a cute case. I live in FL and tried to go to a eyeglasses store but the only way they can replace them is if you have a Rx (regardless if 0.00). Pricing was great. I didn’t have to deal with customer service. Satisfied with my order and will use again.
