Kissel was awesome to work with and helped us immensely in the customer service department. Have now gotten 4 lens replacements here and very happy with their service and also lens quality. Keisha is also great to work with.

I love the low prices. We were looking locally to get non-prescription lenses from a big box store, and they quoted $150, even with our own frames. So I used Lens Direct and got it done much cheaper. Claire, Bibi and Dornio all gave assistance via text and were great.

Easy to order Lens replacement, and then Claire was terrific about modifying my order. Fast and efficient.

My lenses were backordered and Oneil sent one package before the other. Appreciate it!

Ordered contacts from my daughter on 11/16/22 and today its 12/16/2022. At 04:29 pm I talked to customer service lady and asked about the order and its whereabouts. First she told me its already shipped at 9:00am which was untrue because I already checked the order status earlier as i already had the tracking number which she was unaware of. I requested humbly again and again to help me out as the shipment for contact glasses were still in NY and told her we need by Monday at any cost. I also told him that expediate the process and I will pay the difference. She refused and said there is nothing I can do and my shipping team is gone now. I am pretty sure as a business owner that it can be done, just have to put a little effort into it but looks like they were unwilling to help in any circumstances. Lady was not at all very helpfull and kept on saying there is nothing she can help with. Also how can it take 4 weeks to ship contact lenses for on online company.? Not sure how they and expect to return me as a customer.

I was excited for my new glasses, as the Hyannis sunglasses I bought from LensDirect are the best lenses I've ever had. I was terribly disappointed when I couldn't find a single spot that would focus on the glasses I received. But Claire and the crew at LensDirect sent me a return label, replaced the lenses for free, and now I can see clearly again! Thanks guys!

After a series of confusing emails with customer service reps., I called and Alex handled my case with extreme care. He was professional and thorough - understanding the concern about my outdated prescription, cancelling the original order, and adding my updated prescription. Thank you, Alex!

I had 3 frames sent in to replace lenses. Lenses were great quality, coatings looked much better than most retail stores, at a fraction price compared to what the retail stores rob these days. The problem I had was in one of the frames, they swapped lenses right to left. The moment I wore them, I realized they got it wrong. I was about to call and have them returned. But, since this frame had symmetric lenses, I thought if they inadvertently placed right lense in left eye and left in right. When I tried to read through those lenses, my doubts were confirmed. Fortunately, I had the tool to safely remove and swap the lenses myself. Once I swapped, lenses felt great, just like the other 2 frames. Lens Direct should focus on quality assurance, the mistake they did with my frame is not acceptable at all. The technician who did my lenses was clearly careless.
