12/2/22 This is my first time using LensDirect. I am so happy that Karielle was helping me through the process, she was friendly, professional, and very patient with me and all my questions. Thanks to her this has been a seamless and pleasant experience. Thank you again Karielle

I was ordering replacement lenses for my old glasses and was not sure if my prescription would work in those frames. Got excellent service from Starr who checked on for me with the lab and guided me through the purchase process. She was very helpful, professional and courteous.

There is a lead time in getting my contacts, to no fault of Lens Direct, however they are sending partial shipment and expediting shipping. Dornio was wonderful when I reached out with questions.

I needed to cancel an auto refill order that I had forgotten about. The annoying thing is that there’s no easy way to cancel an order online. But I contacted customer service and within a few minutes they were able to cancel the order and all future auto orders.

Upon my husband’s recommendation of LensDirect with his most positive results, I was not as successful. Although the prescription and specs were correct, the lenses didn’t work for me. With that said, Customer Support, Starr, Danea and others were amazingly knowledgeable, supportive and patient! They waited for my yearly ophthalmologist appt! Although my lenses did not work out, I would absolutely recommend LensDirect! They approved a full refund. 2 happy customers!
