LensDirect offers a wonderfully affordable way to make glasses. Customer service representative Dornio helped my husband and me with our ordering process. Overall, this was a pleasurable experience. Highly recommend

I had an auto-refill subscription that I had forgotten about, and no longer needed. When I got an email about the auto refill order that was placed, I immediately reached out via their chat and asked about canceling. To my surprise, I was connected to an associate very quickly. And the associate who helped me, Dornio, was very helpful with canceling my order and also asked about inactivating my auto-refill subscription before I even asked. The fact that they made this cancellation process so fast and easy, I'll be sure to order from LensDirect again.

I ordered and paid for my glasses on October 25th. Today is November 30th and the "real order tracker" shows it's halfway. What bothers me the most is that when I ask for an estimate of arrival time all I get is an apology.

I needed to make a change on my order. I connected with a representative live within a minute and my order was changed without a hassle. Great company, I have been using them for years.
