The support I received from Olivia when I placed my order incorrectly was outstanding! She helped clear up the issue immediately and made it extremely easy to fix on my end. Really appreciative of her help!!!

Last night I placed an order for lens replacements with LensDirect. Unfortunately, I failed to include the Cyber Monday 50% off code (worth $132 on my order). I did not find a way to cancel the order and start again, so I clicked on the support button and left an email explaining the situation. Today, I received a pleasant email from Dornio in customer support, telling me that they had applied the discount and issued a credit to me. I know there are many companies that would have found some way to say "too bad." Not only was this handled correctly and expeditiously, it was done with a virtual smile. I'm a customer for life!
