There was some confusion with the ordering process, and the agent, Danea, was clear, and most importantly, treated me respectfully and did not talk down or patronize me, an experience I have had with other companies. Well done.

I just had to cancel my auto ship due to a new prescription. Oneil was so helpful. I love LensDirect and will always get my contacts from them. Thanks again Oneil! Tina Kowalski

I have used Lens Direct many times and recently ordered a supply of contact lenses using a 15%off promo code which resulted in a very competitive price. The following day I received a LensDirect email advertising their 20% off Veteran’s Day sale. I was disappointed I missed the opportunity having just place my order less than 24 hrs earlier. I was able to contact customer service thru their website and shared my disappointment on timing. Within an hour I heard back from Danea informing me my order would be updated to reflect the additional 5% off! There was no question or excuses. Just a genuine desire to make a customer satisfied! Thank you Danea and LensDirect for your outstanding service!

There was a issue I had with my order, I spoke with Arthin, she was so nice & helpful. Part of my issue was my fault when my order came it wasn’t all there, I called & explained what I had done, she assured me it was ok, not a problem & she took care of it . I will use Lens Direct & refer my friends. Thanks again Arthin
