I ordered 2-day shipping and after a week I don't have the package or estimated delivery date. I'm leaving the city and not coming back here. They didn't offer any solution other than calling FedEx which calling them won't make the plane go faster. They also refused to refund me. Useless customer service

After getting my new lens on my own frame, I noticed it wasn't working right. Part of the reason was that I did not notice the incorrect order detail of "distance." I emailed and asked for redoing it for "reading/work" and the cost. I was told it would be free of charge. However, it has been over 2 months of communicating back and forth. Each time, it was a different staff and asking me for something new. One of them even asked me to ask my eye doctor to reprint the prescription because what I attached(the photo file of the prescription) was altered. It was the exact same file attached to the original order which had no issue. I sent them a screenshot(w/the phone # included) of the text message from the staff with the information they requested. Then, they wanted to talk with the doctor directly, so I sent them all the phone numbers. I figured that they will keep asking for something else and never fix this lens. If your eyesight is crucial for your profession, I strongly recommend not using this company. Instead, go to your local store where you can get help as you try on the lens and communicate with the in-person staff.

Ordered contact lens in August and still have not received them! Ridiculous to not get our order for 2 months. Today when I called, they are still not in stock and no estimate of when they will be.

I have filled my contact lens prescription with Direct Lens for many years now. But recently my prescription changed and I need human assistance. Starr V. Was most helpful in resolving my problem and I am well pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend this company and next time I will get my glasses here too!

I have had two very good experiences with this company....but the third is the worst. I ordered new frames from them with progressive lenses. I was worried about buying frames without trying them on. I was assured that if they did not work I would get a one time remake. Well, they did not work and lens direct will not remake them. So I have a very expensive pair of glasses that I can't wear. They will not issue a refund (they offered a refund on the frames (which were free?) LOL. Not loving this experience. When I asked them what recourse I had, they told me to leave a review. SO here it is!

I wanted replacement glass lenses for my 30 year old titanium frames. Local optician said it would take several months and they wouldn't guarantee anything. LensDirect sent me my new lenses two weeks after I ordered them. They are perfect. The prescription is perfect. The person I talked to on the phone was very helpful and answered all my questions. It would have been nice if the frames had been cleaned before the lenses were put it, but with my wife's toothbrush and some soap, I got them pretty clean. I hope she doesn't read this. So far I am 100% satisfied with my experience with LensDirect and am so glad I went with them.

made my lenses incorrectly. recut them again and got them wrong. They would not remediate the issue, nor refund per their 30 day policy. Very unhappy. Tried calling them to discuss and three times the line dropped in the middle of the call...hmmm...seems like a strategy. Run away...don't walk.
