After experiencing problems with another contact lens company I found that lensdirect.com to be easy to work with and especially wanna thank Daena for her consistent online help and quick answers to all of my questions. I will be speaking with the lens direct.com as a result.

First time using LensDirect. Sent my Japanese flip-up titanium frame to get clear glasses. Customer service contacted me to review my online order and recommended thinner and lighter glasses for only $18 more, no big deal. Glasses arrived in 13 working days as promised after I place my order. Came pristine and well protected. They even sent back the factory glasses that came with my frame when I purchased them. They also included a fabric pouch and cleaning cloth plus a sticker and a nice thick cardboard box protecting my glasses inside the shipping carton. Real happy with the product received!!! Solid company. Will do business with them again.
