This is our second experience with LensDirect and both times have been stellar. This time, I changed the original order, Karielle and LensDirect team handled my order changes and charge changes with ease. Received glasses very beautifully packed and the prescription was correct. We are very pleased with LensDirect and would not hesitate to order from them again. Forget to mention the prices are great.

Kissel was great :), she was very understanding and patient. Kissel let me talk and voice my concerns and when I was done, She explained everything I needed to know in the sweetest voice. Kissel did everything I needed her to do and even though i was upset when I called originally, by the end of the conversation with her I was smiling.
