I cannot say enough great things about the customer service I received from Keba at LensDirect. I accidentally selected the wrong contact size and my order needed to be canceled. I thought for sure my mistake would slow the order process, but Keba provided exceptional service processing the cancellation AND placing a corrected order for me. She also added my Rx to the account expediting the process. The customer service I received will keep me coming back and definitely referring others.
