This company is utterly incapable and should not be allowed to provide the service they are offering. I sent my glasses in checking off the box that I needed them to see far away, they sent me my glasses back with the left lens being a + or basically a READING GLASS. These people are about as ignorant as it gets.. do not waste your time.

Terrible customer service. Took over a month to receive one order of contacts. The other order was supposed to be here 3 days ago and it still isn’t even in the state I live in.

I ordered contact lenses for the first time at Lensdirect and I will NEVER order from them again. Customer service doesn't help at all. I ordered lenses December 8, 2020 and I'm still waiting for some of the boxes to come. When I placed the order I called to check that the lenses were in stock and they told me yes. Turns out they were not and they just kept telling me they'd be in "soon". I received an email the day I ordered from my "dedicated account rep" and I thought I'd actually have someone to reach out to with questions. I never receive email responses or phone calls back from this person. This site is a joke. I should have stayed with the company I usually order from. Steer clear of Lensdirect if you want your lenses in less than a month. UPDATE... The CEO of LensDirect reached out to me after reading my review. He was understanding and listened to everything I had to say. Most importantly he apologized for my experience with his company and explained some of the circumstances they're facing and how they are working hard to get and keep customer loyalty. Although my first experience with Lens Direct didn't go smoothly, I was impressed by the follow up because most online companies wouldn't feel the need.

I ordered Air optix lenses. The color of the lens looked nothing like the picture and when I called they wouldnt do anything! Apparently there 100% satisfaction guarantee is only for unopened contacts? UPDATE- they tried to get my review removed, unfortunately for them I had my receipt! I reached back out they still did nothing! My order number is 913397976-A-L The email on the order is wrong. You did reply to the correct email after the review

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE ORDER FROM HERE! They take forever to send your contacts and then blame Usps. You can’t tell me that I placed an order on 12/8/20 and they were shipped 12/10/20 and on the 14th the status changed to running late. It is no 12/27/20 and still nothing and no result from this scumbag company!
