I just received my new glasses! They came so quickly and they are perfect. Customer service was top notch, answered all of my questions and walked me through the order process. I love my new blue light blocking frame. I’ve been wearing glasses for my entire life and this was the easiest, most efficient and budget friendly process for purchasing a new gorgeous frame! Highly recommend!

I sent two pairs of glasses in one box to have lenses replaced and they said they only received one pair! No updates from CS so I emailed the CEO with no response too! Read the BBB reviews first before doing business with this company, they are all true as I’ve learned first hand.

Love my blue light blocking glasses! My job forces me to spend way too much time in front of my computer, so my new glasses have been an eyesaver! The only problem is that my kids love the look of the frames, so they steal them from me all the time!!!

Trash service. Ordered my contact replacements. The ONLY reason I chose this place was because they had a special at checkout for free 1-2 day shipping. I would've easily paid the extra 15$ in cost at another company for the 1-2 day because I only have 5 days left of contacts. It's now 4 days after my purchase and I'm getting an email today for USPS 5-6 business day shipping. You also receive an email with "an account representative", and its fake. I emailed her 3 days ago, no response. I also called the number that they say is a direct line and the line doesn't ring. Reality is most people will still buy here cause they'll give you a cheaper price but they don't deserve 5 stars for false advertising and a fake account rep.

I was sent wrong contacts and I emailed y’all and Eva Louis got right back in touch with me. Now hopefully I will get them back in a timely fashion cause I’m in dyer need of them. Eva was very nice and helpful and friendly I think if all ur employees are like her ya would have a wonderful company. That woman deserves a raises!!!!👍

I have yet to receive my order, I checked my tracking and it said it was delivered today in my mail box but when I went to got and check nothing was there. The shipping was already delayed a few days and now this. I just want my contacts before Christmas.
