This is not a real contact lens provider. They just order from elsewhere and the order is shipped from another supplier. This became an issue when my order came in incomplete (the packing document, enclosed did, erroneously, say it was a complete order). Lens Direct was unable to supply the missing product and as of 3 weeks from the order, has still not arrived. Cannot recommend.

Shipping was painfully slow, I’ve been without contacts for a week. Also the first person I spoke to through customer service was rude and not at all helpful. I will not be ordering through this company again.

I called customer service with issue and have not received call back. The contacts I received do not seem to have the right prescription. I can’t see out of them. Please advise.
