The order process is easy. But if there is an error, the return process is long and frustrating. The first phone call should have taken care of it. Instead it took five phone calls spread over days to rectify. And we are not at the end of the process yet.

It started out a little bumpy with acceptance of the prescription/PD and getting hold of customer service. Once the PD was clarified the lenses replacement and delivery was so quick. Customer service did a great job, Chloe followed through to fix confusion about the PD. NOTE** YOU MUST HAVE THE PD NUMBER FOR BOTH EYES, don't send a prescription without it!! They did a great job replacing lens after an eye surgery. I saved a fortune. I am thrilled, so reasonable and good quality too. Thanks Lens Direct!

I've always had good service but after I changed the delivery date on my auto order, I received notice that the lenses were about to be shipped. I sent an e-mail confirming that I had delayed the order and received a response that my order had been updated. Then the lenses shipped anyway. After several e-mails that were either ignored or produced an unsatisfactory response, I finally called, refused the packet when it arrived, and hope to receive a full refund.
