It’s been over a month since I placed…
It’s been over a month since I placed the order. Getting asked to review a product that was never shipped. Poor communications.

We're sorry the review came before your delivery and that it took a while to make your glasses. Your order included Glass lenses which we do specify can take up to a month - Glass is hard to make perfectly! We got your glasses in on 7/7 and shipped them back out to you on 8/6 with delivery on 8/10. Again, we're very sorry that our service did not meet your expectations. In the future, Poly and Plastic can take alot less time and usually be returned to you within 10 days or so.
