Lost a lens. Have not even acknowledged after two months the loss, let alone recovered or replaced. Still waiting for second replacement lenses along with my frames which are gold collectors items. The first time I received them the prescription was not at all correct. After returning them I’ve not heard back. I want my glasses back and I want my lenses back intact. I’m concerned neither will be returned.
