LE provides an easy to use online experience. I especially like being able to examine the packaging and view descriptions of products, what they do, how and when to use, and the available research for the various products. I have been an LE customer for many years. When a company does things right; you stick with them.

Very very bad company. I don’t recommend. I ordered two blood tests for myself and my husband on this LIFE Extension website. I paid the fee to receive them overnight and only received one request. My husband's test request did not arrive and we could not do the tests on the day we needed them. I called them and they gave me no explanation, only that they would send it the next day when we no longer had time to do the test because we had to travel. In short, we wasted our time and still had our money refunded to our card only days later. It caused a lot of disruption in my life since I needed this test urgently.

The item I purchased had a god-awful smell that could not be eliminated until I threw it out. I also kept belching and had the aftertaste in my mouth as a result. The 2 a day vitamin capsules that I ordered did these things. Other reviews mentioned the same thing, but I gave it a try because most vitamins do have a scent. Never again. Medically diagnosed swallowing issues is why I wanted to give them a try. Did it for a week.

I received numerous emails about the SUPER SALE that was ending at the end of the month. As the end of the month got closer the emails increased. I decided to place a large order worth over $900 and received several emails checking my credit card - good. However, a few days later at the end of the month, the SUPER SALE was extended and offered new incentives including a cash bonus to place a large order. I don't appreciate BAIT and SWITCH tactics. In addition, part of my order was six bottles of D3/K2, all six bottles fit into one D3/K2 bottle. I am traveling and consolidating, so the packaging was a terrible waste. LIFE EXTENSION does not appear concerned with their wasteful packaging or how it effects the environment. I do not appreciate their sales tactics. Not happy.

The size of our bottles is primarily determined by the label size, rather than the capsule size or amount of capsules. Federal regulations require a specific font size on product labels, which mandates a certain minimum label size. As a result, we cannot reduce the label size further, as it would be out of compliance with the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR). Unfortunately, this means that our bottles may appear larger than necessary, but we must adhere to these regulations to ensure compliance and maintain the highest standards of quality and safety for our products.

Product seems okay of all the ones I have used - my only sorrows are - the dates of expire - since I might order 5 bottles because it is cheaper - but they send older dates then it expires - but I guess if a company just took them out of old bottles or erased old expire date and put new on on - how would we the consumer know - the second thing is when they ship sometimes it is very cold and or very hot and they send this stuff out and then it gets put in a mail truck and probably for a weekend it bakes or freezes - and this has to have some effect on the product - but to be fair they all do this - even the VA with some very important meds - so - we are all bending over regarding their concern for such matters. Then they make up these arbitrary discount numbers to psychologically make you think they are taking money off - and then when they give you discounts like black friday - 25 bucks on a made up already discount is probably only 5 bucks or so - so is that really a deal when you go through all the trouble of looking for a coupon? I have been using their powder vitamin C for years - it works - according to my lab reports - I can use the 5000 mg scoop and it gets enough C into my blood and the buffered type does not hurt my stomach - so I hope the purity or content remains the same and they don't start cutting cost with bad stuff in there like crickets. we can never know - apparently even the chemists lie with enough bribe money as we have seen world wide with the xxxx.

I am a retired ICU RN. An MD that I admire and trust explicitly, recommends Life Extension and uses them in his office. (My first introduction to them. I use Life Extension, EXCLUSIVELY. For years. Those complaining about test results not being on the web---I find that very few, if any I've seen, publish these on the web, so that's a moot point. If you want all that, subscribe to their monthly magazine. You'll have more reports and studies than you'll actually read, I promise. For those who had issues of not feeling good--every body is different, and more or less sensitive. So that does have to be judged on an individual level of tolerance--but it DOESN'T mean the PRODUCT is bad, just that it doesn't work for YOU. Also, in healing sometimes you get worse before we get get better. Natural healing is not instantaneous, as much as we'd love it to be. I cannot vouch for their return policies, as I've never had to return anything, but I've found their shipping to be extremely fast, within the week, with a notice if something will take a bit longer, which is rare.
