I’ve been a life ionizer for almost 10 years and absolutely love my machine. The new ownership of the company makes me feel important and valued. Customer service was attentive and shipping was super fast. My order was shipped before they called me to see if I wanted to add to it. I will most definitely be staying with this company for my life ionizer needs. I AM VERY SATISFIED AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I had a 9100 series Life ionizer which lasted me 16 years. Now I replace it with a MXL-15. These ionizers machines should be called "the fountains of youth". Drinking ionized water directly from the machine is like going back to being a teenager (no pain no stiff joints and must of all fast healing from illnesses or injuries). The personnel are very helpful. Ricardo Lopez was very helpful helping me program my new MXL-15.

I believe this ionizer water system will be life changing for my employees, family and I. We are all talking about the difference in taste. I’m sure we will be discussing how much better we all feel in the weeks to come. Thanks Ricardo Lopez.

Ricardo Lopez was very helpful throughout the installation process of the whole house Dolphin water filter and MXL-15. Installation was moderate. Water quality is excellent. I highly recommend this company for customer service and quality product.

After months of research, I decided to purchase the MX9 under-counter alkaline life ionizer. It seem to be the highest rated and mid price range. I strongly recommend not choosing an alkaline water filter based on price point, but instead look for a quality, customer service and consumer reviews. Installation was easy to moderate, depending upon your plumbing experience. My local rep called me and walked me through, troubleshooting to ensure that all the correct settings were in place. Excellent customer service! Product does to produce true alkaline water.

I bought my Lifeionizer Machine 3 years ago, . I love that it gives me peace of mind in knowing my water quality is excellent. It’s easy to install and easy to clean and replace the filters. I would recommend the company to anyone. It did take 6 months to get it, but that was the beginning of Covid. And the machine is made in Korea . But I receive my filters from California.I have no problems with customer service! They are always very helpful should I have a question!
