Customer service is on point! Installation is pretty easy! Just ensure you read every step and don't skip anything :) Replacing filters was easy as well! Ive had the setup since November of 2021 and waited to write my review so I could provide a true review. There have been zero issues with the interface of turning it off and on. Zero issues with anything really. I 100% recommend this company if youre in the market for an alkaline water machine.

Just got my MXL 15 and installed on my own. Instructions were clear and easy to understand. I had a few questions and called the support line, was helped right away and got my questions answered. I have known about electrolyzed water for over 20 years and in the early 2000’s I made hydrogen generators for engines so I was very familiar with the process and was only aware of the Kangen for drinking and had a problem with the price and it only being a MLM company and could not justify the price vs. health benefits in my 30’s, skip to my 50’s and still in amazing shape but now on city water with a fridge filter I felt it was a potentially long term deadly outcome I needed to take action and began researching alkalized water machines and came across the Life Ionizers and decided to pull the trigger to help with long term aging and the energizing of my cells. I was lucky enough to get in contact with Casey from Life Ionizers and he absolutely took care of me and sent me the link to order and finance the machine on Amazon which I did. My wife and I received the machine a couple days later, went up and got the parts for the cold water hook up, installed it in about 20-30 min. Read the directions and was literally blown away by the taste versus my FL. disgusting tap water. Once you completely study the benefits of this water the list of benefits just continues to grow, in my personal opinion with a healthy lifestyle it single-handedly is the fountain of youth!! My wife and I’s energy went through the roof in just a few days, her back pain has diminished and I know we are on the path to greater health in our golden years with longevity. And I can not forget to mention the great customer service with Ricardo, this company is doing everything right and you will not be disappointed!! By the way, do not let the price of these machines detour you from purchasing, in the long run it will save you $1k’s in health care cost, and no more ridiculous purchases of bottled water and destroying our planet with toxic plastic bottles. I have had my ionizer for many years and use it daily. I also use it for my animals drinking water (3 dogs and a cat). I'm sure it improves their health also.

Am a four year owner of MXL Model 13. After reading about the uses and mainly "health benefits" of alkaline and acidic water decided to purchase this Model from Life Ionizers. As of today this water filtration system is working fine. The customer service from Life Ionizers and its products have been great. Its important to perform the easy periodic maintenance on the filtration system by installing the citric cleaning filter. My emphasis is on Life Ionizers products, including its filters which are readily available. Drink to your health...
