We purchased an 7600 under counter model in 2009. We haven’t had any issues at all and have been drinking alkaline water since then. We needed to upgrade and purchased the MXL 15 and just got it hooked up. We are sending 7600 back to get refurbed for our daughter. The new machine works great! Great products!

We LOVE our life ionizer! The water tastes SO much better! It’s clean and smooth and delicious. This company was awesome to us since we ordered our machine right before the COVID shutdown! We had to wait longer to get it but they sent us a water filter pitcher, they upgraded our machine from an MXL 9 to an MXL 11 and gave us $150 in filter credits! I would order from them again in the future too!

We are really enjoying the water filter, it's easy to install and the water taste great. Shipping is a slow process so be aware on the long wait.

This instrument is very good.i like this brand. I have used this brand for more than ten years. Everything is good. Nice customer services. only thing I concern for this instrument is filter #2. I have to replace it every year that the old model ( my life 5000) is not.

I don’t want any credit for this, I truly just want to spread the good word to family, friends, and everyone that I meet. Life ionizers are more than just a medical device, or the most efficient and nutrient dense water on the market. They are a lifestyle that we all must embrace, to better our health and those around us. Cheers guys, you have helped me enhance my health, and most importantly, my life. If you don’t know, you need to, and it doesn’t get better than them Life Ionizers. #georgeclooneywater4life

I purchased the LIFE IONIZER LC-11 ALKALINE WATER IONIZER | FREE-STANDING VERSION for my family and we all loved it so much we ordered another one for our office as well. Easy to change the filters with 1 click. Compliments from customers on a daily basis. Our children enjoy bragging to their friends about the difference between alkaline water and regular water. I recommend this company to many of my friends, colleagues and customers. The customer service I received was outstanding. The representative was very knowledgeable and quick to answer all of my questions. A++++ all around
