Last year I had MXL15. It worked very good. This year, today, I got a problem error 7. I have to replace 7 filters and I did it. But I still got error 8. I think I replaced correctly my filters. I don't know what's wrong my machine

We bought the Life MXL-13 uncounter model about six months ago. Very impressed with this machine, as it performs each and everyday with no issues whatsoever. We are a family of seven so we go through quite a bit of water on a daily basis. Water tastes great and we all have enjoyed the benefits of drinking ionized water. I would recommend a Life Ionizer machine and their customer service team to anyone looking to make the jump into drinking ionized water.

I had my Life Ionizer for about 15 years. The machine was great, but through the entire period the customer service was a challenge. High shipping costs, over a month to receive replacement filters. The website has never worked for ordering or communicating. My last transaction was a refund due and promised to me in February. By April I was so fed up not getting any answers and funds still being withheld, I posted a poor review on social media as a lst resort. Got attention within minutes. Guess they care more about social media readers than actual customers.

I just purchased my Life Ionizer for our new home. We have been drinking the water from a friend's home that had referred us. There is no comparison to any water you will ever drink. It is fantastic! I would however, recommend ordering a set of filters ahead of time. The machine cuts off when the filters are used up. So if you have your filters on hand, you won't be without water. So keep one set on hand, when you replace, go ahead and order another set. BTW, Tania helped me and explained in detail how the machines and filters work, how long they are supposed to last and how to clean the machine quarterly. If you want the machine to remain under warranty, you have to clean as instructed. Hope this helps you with your new machine.

I've had this machine for quite some time now. I'm pleased with it in that it does what it is intended. I periodically test with strips and the alkalinity is accurate. The plain filtered water is good and quite useful as well. The acidic water is good for cleaning however it's cold unless you heat it up after you run it through the machine (maybe the company has suggestions). Overall, it gets used everyday and suits it's purpose.

My wife and I have had a M11 Next Generation Ionizer for a few years now. We definitely can tell the difference the Alkaline Water makes on our health. We have installed one for our Daughter and her son, helped steer our Niece to the benefits of choosing Alkaline over Acidic and now are helping two young Doctors awareness of Life Ionizers wonderful package deals. Life Ionizers Customer Service leaves much to be desired. Ordered replacement filters over a month ago and still have not received them. I've called several times and once I asked to cancel my order, they took an interest, called several times. The accounting department called and said that several of the filters were in stock and she would have them shipped out the next day, did not happen. I called a week later and was told that they would go out the next day and did not. They also like to argue with their customers and one department does not speak to the others. I've had this very expensive machine for over 7 years, they need to value their customers, not drive them away. Will not deal with this company further.
